Cancellation policy for the Annual Conference participation:

If you should cancel your participation in the ECG Conference you will receive a refund reduced by a service charge of 100 Euro (only if you cancel before 16 th September) provided that you notify the cancellation in writing to ECG, fax: +32 2 706 82 81. Substitutions are welcome at any time. Refunds will be made after the conference. All cancellations and modifications of the conference participation must be made in writing to ECG, fax: +32 2 706 82 81. All registrations will be made and confirmed after receiving the full payment.
