ECG General Assembly 2010
6th / 7th May – Ghent, Belgium
Overview
The General Assembly will discuss a range of activities that have been developed to promote collaboration and supply chain efficiencies. ECG has become the platform for the sector both today and in the future, so don't get left behind.
The objectives of the General Assembly are:
- Report on ECG's activities – review of 2009 and outlook for 2010
- Election of the Board Interactive debate: have your say on ECG's future strategy
- Presentations related to the current economic situation and how to react
As we did last year and in recognition of the continued tough economic conditions, we will minimize costs for members organizations as follows:
- One Member Delegate per company can attend free of charge
- Additional Delegates will pay a reduced fee of 199 euros per person
The fee includes:
- Welcome dinner on Thursday
- Participation in the General Assembly on Friday
- Documentation
Dinner on Friday will be voluntary to allow attendees to leave on this day after the Assembly if they wish.
However, this year there will be a spouses event organized on Friday and a Saturday social event for those wishing to participate.
The ECG General Assembly is one of the two significant events in the calendar when we come together as a sector and share both information and support of our colleagues.
Don't get left behind!
