The Automobile Logistics Academy equips the participants to assume management responsibilities in the automobile logistics fi eld. The acquired knowledge and expertise enables graduates to analyse and organise logistics networks. To this end, participants learn how to understand, assess and implement the practicable strategies, methods and tools of modern logistics management.

In various special-topic modules, the participants gain insights into all relevant aspects of branch specifi c logistical functions and processes.

In the day-to-day workplace, logistics tasks are generally performed in a project organisation context. In the Automobile Logistics Academy, participants learn about the methods and tools required for the planning, control and monitoring of logistics projects.

Future management executives preparing for management duties need in-depth knowledge of general management. Courses in this subject area are geared towards the systematic development of management and leadership skills, and participants learn how to use modern management techniques.
