The annual General Assembly in Ghent in May 2010 was a great success with a record attendance of more than 160 people. A hectic 24 hours included the usual dinner on Thursday evening followed by the graduation of the Fourth Course of the ECG Academy. On Friday there were some very high quality presentations from our speakers, who included Pawel Stelmaszczyk, a Head of Unit from DG MOVE in the European Commission, and Arthur Maher from J.D. Power, as well as the updates on the activities of the Association and the election of the new Board.
